A full-gut renovation of a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms (2,200 sf) property located in Fishtown, Philadelphia. The scope of work included the full demolition of the existing layout to include 5 new bedrooms and 4.5 baths, adding an addition, and a finished basement. This custom-designed renovation included top-tier lighting design, full network implementation throughout the entire house (Cat6A), full security system (cameras), and the installation of a bi-fold collapsible door in the backyard.
